Three men accused of hacking a man to death with an axe during a suspected break-in at his girlfriend's house, are to stand trial in November.
Danny Gough was attacked by a gang of three men who broke into the house in Stockbury Road, South Norwood, on December 14, 2010.
An ambulance was called to the address but the 24-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem gave the cause of death as shock and haemorrhage from multiple wounds.
Today, Sam Monteith of no fixed address, Paul West from Slough and Steven Dougherty also of no fixed address, entered not guilty pleas.
The three men will stand trial accused of murder at the Old Bailey on November 4.
