Two thieves posing as workmen barged into a woman's house and stole cash.
The pair, dressed in workman-style high-visibility bibs, knocked on the woman's door in Crispin Crescent, Beddington, betweem 10am and 10.30am on Tuesday, July 9.
They pretended to be from a delivery company and asked the woman for identification before pushing past her into the house.
They kept the woman sitting on the sofa while they searched the property and eventually left with an amount of cash.
Both of the thieves are white and aged between 20- and 30-years old.
One is 6ft with brown hair an inch long and spoke with an eastern European accent. He wore a dark short-sleeved shirt and dark shell suit trousers.
The other is 5ft 6in and of average build. He had short light brown hair and a distinctive mole on his face. He was wearing a white top with writing on the shoulders, white trousers and white trainers.
One suspect is believed to have called the other John.
