Paramedics treated a teenager for leg and arm injuries
A 17-year-old was rushed to hospital after he was hit by a car this afternoon.
Ambulance crews were called at 2.30pm to Rowan Road, at the junction of Stanford Road, Mitcham (bordering Streatham), after reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
The teenager was taken to St George's Hospital as a priority with leg and arm injuries.
Rowan Road has been closed in both directions and bus routes 60, 118, 152, and 463 have been diverted.
