A popular pub has been sold for £1.3m by a developer.
The Trafalgar Arms, in Tooting High Street, Tooting, was put on the market as a vacant building.
The pub has not been operating for almost a month.
Panayiotis Themistocli, a third party developer who helped arrange the deal, said: "The Trafalgar Arms was already a desirable property in a good location in SW17 but this gave it an extra edge.
"It was snapped up by a developer, who was prepared to pay well above the guide price of £1.2 million to secure the empty premises."
The new owner is currently considering options for development, subject to planning consent.
