McDonald's in North Cheam is planning to extend its opening hours by an extra hour.
The London Road fast food restaurant closes at midnight every day but has applied to Sutton Council to extend its opening hours until 1am, seven-days-a-week.
Members of the public will be able to comment on the application until Friday, August 30.
