The launch of Croydon's tallest building is to take place on Friday.
The Tower at Saffron Square is the final phase of the development and completes 756 new homes, created by Berkeley Homes in the town centre.
It is part of Develop Croydon's multi million pound regeneration programme.
The Tower includes 414 suites, one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses benefiting from sky lounges and roof top terraces.
Prices for a suite start from £153,500.
Potential buyers can book an appointment to the launch of The Tower between Friday, August 16 and Sunday, August 18.
Jon Hall, sales and marketing director of Berkeley Homes, said: "Redefining the Croydon skyline, The Tower at Saffron Square will take its place as the tallest building in Croydon and amongst the tallest residential towers in the UK.
"But as one of the first high-end residential developments in Croydon, apartments at The Tower will set new standards for luxury in residential accommodation as well as height."
