Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Wandsworth.
Garry Beerenbrock, 36, of Chessington, was rushed to hospital after his Kawasaki motorbike collided with a Ford transit van in West Hill, Wandsworth, on August 7.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 10.15am, with the collision taking place close to the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability.
Mr Beerenbrock was taken to St George's Hospital in Tooting, but did not recover from his injuries and died on August 16.
A post mortem examination has been scheduled for Wednesday, while next of kin have been informed.
No arrests have yet been made.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area and seen the incident to call the Road Death Investigation Unit at Hampton Traffic Garage on 020 8941 9011.
