Two mothers found guilty of assaulting another mother outside of the gates of their child’s school have been sentenced.

Keyleigh Gore, 25 and Sasha Fisher 21, who both live in Marsh Court on Pincott Road in Wimbledon, were hauled before magistrates following the childish spat outside Merton Abbey Primary on March 12.

During a three hour trial at Wimbledon Magistrates Court earlier this month heard how Gore had confronted Kelly Giles while she was waiting to pick up her child believing she had called her ‘fat’ and had insulted her daughter.

Gore pushed Miss Giles who fell back onto a low level wall where she was repeatedly punched by Gore Fisher, who initially tried to break up the pair, then assaulted Miss Giles by pushing her in the shoulder and then hitting her in the face.

Both were sentenced at Lavender Hill Magistrates on August 28 and received community orders of 40 hours unpaid supervised work and costs of £150.

Gore was ordered to pay an additional £150 and Fisher £50 in compensation to Kelly Giles who they were found guilty of assaulting.
