Unhappy Crystal Palace defender Florian Marange is set for showdown talks with the board after feeling "disgusted" at being left out of the 25-man Premier League squad.
The 27-year-old Frenchman, who signed from Bordeaux on a one-year deal, told the French newspaper L'Equipe that he only heard of his exclusion from the squad via a friend.
Not being in the 25 means Marange is only eligible to play in cup competitions, something he claims would have stopped him signing his deal had he known.
He said: "I am disgusted. If I had known about this rule, I would have had a clause in my contract. But my advisor did not tell me. And now I am told that it is almost all my fault.
"I haven't been introduced to the press. I've never had official photos taken and I am still waiting for my kit.
"I stayed for 15 days in the hotel before I moved and the leaders [of the club] told me that it was up to me to pay the bill."
He added: "This is a big mess", said Marange.
"It is true I have a proper contract, I earn a little more than at Bordeaux, but living in London is 10 times more expensive. And I came to play."
Marange is understood to be preparing for a make-or-break meeting with the Palace board.
He said: "I need to know whether I resign or I wait for the winter transfer window to find a club."
