Paramedics were called to Fife Road in Kingston town centre
A man in his 80s has been hospitalised after being hit by a car in Kingston town centre.
The accident happened in Fife Road, at the junction with Dolphin Street, at about 1pm.
The man was treated for hip and shoulder pain and taken to Kingston Hospital.
Police had earlier reported that the patient was female, but a spokeswoman for London Ambulance said the victim was a man.
