Alfie-George Baker is accused of pretending to be a police officer
A man has appeared in court accused of pretending to be a police officer and handcuffing another man.
Alfie-george Baker, 37, of Cheltenham Close, New Malden is accused of telling Antony Burton he was under arrest and handcuffing him in Marina Avenue, New Malden, on October 6.
An assault charge was withdrawn when he appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 22.
Mr Baker, who will return to court on November 8, was told not to enter Marina Avenue or Joseph Hood rec as part of his conditional bail.
