A Crystal Palace fanzine is on the cusp of glory after it was nominated for two awards.

The Five Year Plan Fanzine has been nominated for the Best Club Blog award and the Best Established Blog award at the Football Blogging Awards.

The popular fanzine, run by passionate Palace fans, publishes a magazine during the season, records a weekly podcast and has a website.

People can vote for the Fanzine on twitter by tweeting "I am voting in @TheFBAs for @FYPFanzine as best #Club blog.” Send a separate tweet to vote in the Best Established Blog category.

Matt Woosnam, online editor of the Fanzine, said he was delighted about the nominations.

He said: “It's great to be backed by Palace supporters who rate the content we provide them with.

“FYP is all about having a bit of fun supporting Palace and keeping people up to date with the latest news as well as providing interesting and insightful opinion pieces.

“We love our followers, and everyone who buys the fanzine. They're the people who help make FYP special and we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has voted for us so far.”
