Police arrested three people yesterday after seizing a loaded semi-automatic gun while searching a property in South Norwood.
Two men, both aged 25, and a 24-year-old woman remain in police custody after the discovery in Tennison Road at around 3.10pm.
They were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police's Trident gang crime unit, who were acting on information received, are investigating.
The three suspects are being held at a south London police station.
