A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a young woman in New Addington.
Officers were called by London Ambulance to an address in Dunsfold Way, at 8.04am today (Tuesday, November 12).
Paramedics were called to reports of a 20-year-old woman having suffered a cardiac arrest. She was taken to a south London hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The woman's next of kin have not yet been informed of her death.
Police are treating the woman's death as suspicious and detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command (HMCC) are investigating.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at the scene in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
