Two people have been charged with possession of a semi-automatic gun following a police raid on house in South Norwood.
The pair were among a trio arrested after officers searched a property in Tennison Road on Monday afternoon.
Jonothon Odokama, 25, and Mykala Nelson, 24, both of Tennison Road, appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court today charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession with intent to endanger life.
Mr Odokama was remanded in custody and Ms Nelson was granted bail. Both will appear at Croydon Crown Court at a later date.
A second 25-year-old man arrested has not been charged. He was bailed to, pending further enquiries, until January 2014.
