Missing girl Ella Hysom, whose grandparents live in Worcester Park, has been found safe and well.
Ella, 15, went missing from Ilford on Monday and her family and police were concerned for her welfare.
But she has been found safe and well this afternoon.
Her grandfather, who asked not to be named, said the family is "delighted".
Ella, deputy head girl at her school in Colchester, Essex, was last seen in Ilford, near a therapy centre where she had been receiving treatment for depression, at lunchtime on Monday.
A series of worrying tweets meant her family were very concerned and her parents, Tim and Alison, made a public appeal for information.
It is not yet known where she was found.
