Journeys are still being disrupted after strong winds and heavy rain battered the capital last night.
There are no direct services between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport due to a landslip in the Ockley area.
Due to flooding on the railway lines there are also no services between West Croydon and Sutton.
All stops between the two stations are not being served.
A Southern spokesman said passengers will need to use tram services to West Croydon and then use buses to Sutton.
Clapham Junction to Epsom Downs services will be diverted to East Croydon and Purley.
Southern rail tickets are being accepted on bus and tram services.
Earlier on this morning trams were suspended between Lloyd Park and New Addington after a power surge in the area caused overhead line problems.
Services have now resumed a normal service.
