Engineering works cause travel disruption

Croydon Guardian: Southern services are affected. Southern services are affected.

Travellers can expect disruptions today due to overrunning engineering works.

Southern services between Three Bridges and Redhill will not run.

Additional bus services have been put in place for Purley and East Grinstead where rail services resume.

Travellers can use Southern tickets on the bus services between Three Bridges and Redhill and between Redhill and Croydon.

Following a landslip at Ockley, near Dorking, Network Rail are still working on getting the track back to normal.

As a result there are no direct trains between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.

A train will run to Dorking, passengers can then get a bus to Three Bridges.
