Two men have been charged with supplying Class A drugs following the death of Croydon schoolboy Daniel Spargo-Mabbs.

The 16-year-old was taken to hospital after being taken ill at the party in Hayes, Hillingdon, in the early hours of Saturday morning but he later died on Monday.

Nicqueel Pitrora, of London Road, Croydon has been charged with supplying class A drugs and possession of cannabis.

Ryan Kirk, 20, of Beckenham, has also been charged with supplying class A drugs.

A third man was bailed until a date in late March pending further investigation.

Mr Kirk and Mr Pitrora are appearing at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today.
