Volunteers are needed to mentor families in their area of Croydon and give them emotional and practical support.
The Croydon Volunteers Supporting Project (VSF) is funded by the Department for Education to help families who have complex needs.
Anyone interested in helping out will need to be able to do at least one home visit for a minimum of six months.
Full training will be provided by the volunteering and learning charity Community Service Volunteers.
VSF project manager Debbie Robertson-Neil said: “It is an excellent opportunity for anyone that wants to volunteer to make a positive difference to families across Croydon.
“No matter what your level of experience or skill set, we would love to hear from you.”
