Spare seats were in short supply when people got to put their views across to the company planning to rebuild The Crystal Palace.
During the consultation event on Saturday members of the public were able to look at the plans unveiled by ZhongRong Group, listen to a presentation and ask questions about the project.
A Crystal Palace project spokesman said: "It is good so many people are taking the opportunity to find out more and contribute towards the plans to rebuild The Crystal Palace as a cultural attraction and restore the surrounding public park.
"More than 350 people attended on Saturday to talk directly with members of the project team who were on hand to answer questions ranging from the process of selecting a designer to the timing of the planning application.
"We will be continuing to share and discuss plans with local people as they progress this year and there will be many more opportunities for local people to contribute."
Saturday’s consultation day took place at Anerley Town Hall.
The next one will be on March 1 from 11am to 5pm in The Lodge, Crystal Palace Park.
