Leatherhead town centre where the attack took place
A man has pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm outside a chicken and pizza shop.
The attack on an 18-year-old man took place outside the Royal Chicken in North Street, Leatherhead, at 2.20am on Saturday, November 23.
Joseph O’Leary, of Hill View Close, Tadworth, appeared at South East Surrey Magistrates Court in Redhill on Monday.
He has been granted conditional bail before appearing at Guildford Crown Court on Friday, February 14.
