A man in his 20s has been stabbed following a fight in Croydon early this morning.

Police and paramedics were called to Donald Road just after 4.20am.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "Police were called at 4.23am to Donald Road, Croydon, following reports of a fight.

"Officers and London Ambulance Service attended.

"A man in his early 20s was found suffering stab wounds and was taken to a south London hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.

"No arrests have been made."
