A Croydon charity is set to launch an apprenticeship programme.
Lives Not Knives are planning to work with 16 to 24-year-olds to help them get apprenticeships.
The charity is hosting a launch event on Friday March 7 which Gavin Barwell, MP for Croydon Central, will attend.
Young people will take part in courses which cover customer service skills, administration, preparation for the work environment and personal presentation to help make them more employable.
Lives Not Knives are still looking for businesses to take part in the scheme who can offer placements in customer service, business and administration, IT skills, retail and youth work.
