The man was struck by a train at Norwood Junction
A man was taken to hospital suffering from head injuries after being struck by a train at Norwood Junction last night.
Emergency services were called to reports of a person under a train at the station just before 7pm yesterday.
The man, who is in his 50s, was taken to Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill, accompanied by the doctor from the air ambulance.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The line was reopened just before 8pm last night.
