Meet the soldiers of Surrey at a special event supported by the country’s oldest military charity.
The day will be packed with talks and displays and re-enactors telling the story of the soldiers who came from the local area who fought in the Napoleonic wars, Queen Victoria’s wars and World Wars 1 and 2.
There will also be the chance to meet members of the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment, the Territorial Army and army cadets.
Bourne Hall, Ewell, will be hosting the event on behalf of the SSAFA, the charity supporting the armed forces and their loved-ones.
