Concern for man with dementia missing for weeks

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing vulnerable man last seen in person on Tuesday, April 1.

Franck Claude de Semontin, 39, is described as black, 5ft 9ins, medium build with brown eyes.

He is originally from the Ivory Coast and speaks both English and French.

Police enquiries have traced Franck's last movement to South Norwood High Street on April 3, 2014 at 8.16am when he was seen on CCTV in Selhurst Road. This is a short distance from his home address in Cargreen Road.

Franck suffers from medical conditions including dementia and there are concerns about his health.

He has connections to the Brixton area of London and also the Midlands.
