Morrisons is to open a new store next week
Supermarket giant Morrisons is to open a store in Shirley next week.
The M Local shop, in Orchard Way, will be the third branch of the chain's line of convenience stores and has created 20 jobs.
Pupils from nearby Orchard Way Primary School will cut the ribbon on the store at 9am.
Manager Paul Simmons said: "We are proud to be opening an M local in Shirley and creating another 20 new jobs for local people.
"Fresh food will be at the heart of our store and we are happy that we can bring more choice of fresh food to our customers."
