Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a man was shot at in Upper Norwood.

The shot was fired at the man in Bristow Road from a car at around 4.30pm on Thursday.

Trident officers are investigating the incident. A Met Police spokesman said Trident automatically deal with non-fatal shootings. 

The spokesman added police are keeping an open mind on whether the incident is gang related and on the motive behind the shooting.
