Rio Andrew was taken to hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning after falling ill at the event in the disused Royal Mail building in Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon.

He had gone with a group of his friends when he collapsed and became ill at the rave.

The teenager, from west London, died in hospital on Monday.

A 19-year-old remains in hospital after falling ill at the rave.

Officers are appealing for the seven men featured in the CCTV images to come forward or for information about their identity.

They believe they may hold key information about the disorder that happened during and after the rave.

It is not believed that any of these men were in any way involved in the death of Rio Andrew.

Anyone with any information about the seven men pictured is asked to contact the Metropolitan Police’s public order investigations team on 020 8246 0076 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

Fourteen people have been arrested in connection with the event, nine of whom were arrested during the event.

A 47-year-old man and a 30-year-old man were given adult cautions for possession of class A drugs.

Three men were arrested on suspicion of money laundering, a 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.

These five have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Police have also arrested five people for handling stolen goods and criminal damage offences, in connection with the investigation.

These five men are in custody and are being questioned by police.

Ha! One minute the Police allow and unlicensed rave, with no security, no fire checks and no medical first aid stand by, in an unsafe building with bolted fire doors.

And now they are moaning! - Come on get real, The Police in Croydon, and the Crime in Croydon is an absolute joke! Please, our kids cannot grow up in What Croydon is becoming.

The Police can't cope and they should just admit it - We all know it to be true.

This will put pressure on government to act.

Totally agree they allowed this to continue until 8.30am in the morning what did they think was happening in this place...
give the power back to the police and let them do exactly that and then and only then will we see a better place for all..

"It is not believed that any of these men were in any way involved in the death of Rio Andrew."

The front page header strongly suggests there are related "Seven wanted by police after rave death of Rio Andrew"

VERY misleading.

So many deluded people in this area including the likes of Spice75... The fear of crime often far out ways the chance of crime... I don’t think there are to many places anywhere in the UK that you cant walk a dog, shop or go to without every possibility of being attacked - STAY CALM AND CARRY ON!
