A driver had to be cut out of his car after it flipped onto its side in Coulsdon last night.
Emergency services were called to Stoats Nest Road at about 11.35pm yesterday and found the man, who is believed to be in his 50s, trapped in his Land Rover Freelander.
He had suffered broken bones and a suspected pelvis injury and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
It took firefighters about 30 minutes to cut the man out of his vehicle and they remained at the scene until about 1.45am.
