Britain's oldest Ironwoman triathlete climbed onto the saddle to encourage over-45s to be active.
Great-grandmother Eddie Brocklesby, 71, roadtested exercise bikes to launch a charity's new fitness campaign.
Silver Tuesdays, run by Silverfit, will offer Nordic walking, pilates and indoor cycling at Cadence gym in Anerley Hill, Crystal Palace.
Mrs Brocklesby said: "I only started competing in Ironwoman triathlons when I was sixty-two. I believe you're never too old to do something new."
Ironwoman - and Ironman - triathlons comprise of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride and a marathon 26.2-mile run.
