This dog has been missing since before Christmas and her family fear she may have been stolen.
Polly, a Chihuahua cross, has not been seen in Croydon since December 19 and a Facebook page has been set up to try and find her.
On the page, entitled Bring Polly Home, her owners write: "Polly has been with us since birth and is greatly missed.
"We have both mum and dad here who want her back.
"She is an absolute sweety, hasn’t got a nasty bone in her body.
"We are 99 per cent sure she has been stolen so please look out for her, we are heartbroken and really want our dog home."
The pet needs insulin injections for her diabetes and has an overbite.
It is her second birthday next week but her owners say she still looks like a puppy.
The micro chipped animal has small puppy like teeth, a few white nails and has a small amount of white from her chin to her chest and her ears stand up.
A cash reward is on offer for her safe return.
Call 07860 170660 if you know where Polly is.
