ONE of Scotland's leading construction firms has appointed a new managing director.
Kier Scotland, part of Kier Regional, starts 2007 with Derek Fothergill, 57, at the helm.
Mr Fothergill will be based at the company's Stepps office.
His appointment comes after six years spent as managing director of Robertson Construction Central.
