I would like to agree with the letter sent last week about the new road layout at Sutton station, it is a mess.
It has also taken me 15 minutes to turn right from Mulgrave Road into Brighton Road. I agree the town planner who thought of this needs the sack. This is the biggest road planning fiasco in the borough since they attempted to make Carshalton one-way.
It might look pretty on paper but in reality it just does not work.
Lots of money has been wasted on this effort, but we should be spending more money on putting the road layout back the way it was and on the severance pay of whoever thought of this.
