The New Labour Government have again decided to penalise private car drivers.

Abolition of private property as advocated by Spartacus Weishaupt in his manifesto constructed in Bavaria in the late 1700s may have been considered forward thinking at the time, but we are now in the 21st century.

One may have accepted that in the 18th century if you abolished ownership of private property you would eliminate stealing.

Today, we expect more from life particularly the right to better our standard of living and do not think it is the way to cut car crime in its many forms. Even though Marxists may think otherwise.

What have they done to the Old Labour Party set up to protect the working man, a role now taken over by the Conservatives?

Even hands free kits for mobile telephones in cars are criticised.

It doesn't require root cause analysis to realise that the main cause is the fact that mobile phone facilities built into a car with controls on the steering wheel is not just a gadget for cars of the rich but a necessity for all drivers.

I remember telling the IBM Shipnet Committee as a member in the 1980's that computers needed to be compatible in a similar way if they wanted to set up an international service.

So why today does each service provider for mobile phones have to have its own mast? A single national/international network is long overdue.
