Traffic is building after bus broke down on motorway
A broken down bus is causing severe traffic delays on the M11 this morning.
The incident between junction 6 at Theydon Bois and junction 7 at Harlow has left one lane blocked since 6.30am.
Essex County Council said the disruption is delaying traffic on the northbound carriageway.
