TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1985
AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
CHERRY ORCHARD ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate repairs to a cable duct they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Cherry Orchard Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place 'At any time' waiting and loading restrictions will apply in Cherry Orchard Road on the south-east side, from the south-western flank wall of No.144 Cherry Orchard Road to the party wall of Nos.152 & 154 Cherry Orchard Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2007 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
