Mr Jenner, 71, went missing from Croydon University Hospital last night at about 8.40pm.
Police are appealing for anyone who has information on his whereabouts to come forward.
He has ties to Croydon, South Norwood, Brixton and Peckham.
He has dark hair, a beard and a tattoo on his arm.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or call charity Missing People on 116000.
