A house in South Norwood received a surprise visitor when a car ploughed into the front wall.
Police and firefighters were called to the site of the crash near the junction of Belmont Road and Portland Road just before midday yesterday.

No one was injured or arrested following the crash, a Metropolitan Police spokesman said.
