South West Trains is reuniting a girl with her homework after she left it on one of their trains.
Robert Hallam tweeted South West Trains to say his daughter had left her homework in a Scrabble box on the 7.27am service from Ashford, Surrey to London Waterloo.
The train firm lept into action, and it was not long before a manager found the box on the carriage.
Not only was it kept safe, but South West Trains then began to work out how to reunite the owner with the homework.
@hallarf We could put it on a train to Twickenham but you would have to meet that train when it arrives at Twickenham

@hallarf If we put it on the train now it would be 09:10 train at Twickenham (towards Reading)

We hope she gets top marks!
