An Inspector Calls in Richmond theatre was a somewhat success, as though it was quite entertaining; the show did not stick exactly to the script. Whether it was missing out a few words or adding some in, there were a few flaws.

For anyone in the audience who was just watching the play to be entertained, I don’t doubt it would have been a lovely experience, however for myself and many others there, the little inaccuracies in the script were quite frustrating as it is one of the plays studied for GCSEs. This may not have been a problem for anyone currently in year 11, however for anyone in year 10 it could lead to confusion, as the new GCSE is expected to have quotes, without having the book in the exam. These inaccuracies could confuse students and cause them to mis-quote some of the script, drop marks and possibly get a lower grade.
