Three teenagers are to appear in court charged with a robbery in Thornton Heath.
Police were called to Furze Road just before 9pm on Saturday to reports of a robbery in progress.
“Multiple police units” were sent to the scene and officers searched the surrounding area.
The three boys - aged 15, 16, and 17 - were arrested in a nearby road and taken to a south London police station for questioning.
They were charged last night and are expected to appear before magistrates today.
