Jose Ramon will appear before Croydon magistrates tomorrow
A man has been charged with carrying a bullet "designed to explode" on impact in Sutton High Street.
Jose Ramon, 40, of no fixed address, is to appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court tomorrow on suspicion of possessing prohibited ammunition.
He is alleged to have been found with "a cartridge with a bullet designed to explode on or immediately before impact" on July 2.
