Police are appealing for help to find an elderly man with dementia who has gone missing from Croydon.
John Merritt, 78, was last seen leaving his home near Crystal Palace at 10.30am today, November 22. He has not been home since.
Croydon police have said they are 'particularly concerned' about Mr Merritt's welfare as he suffers from dementia and may be confused.
Mr Merritt is white, 5ft 10ins tall and has short white hair. He was last seen wearing blue trousers and a blue jacket, and wears an ID bracelet on his left wrist.
Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Croydon Missing Persons Unit on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
