Police say John Merritt has been found safe
An elderly man with dementia who was reported missing from Croydon has been found safe.
John Merritt, 78, was last seen leaving his home near Crystal Palace at 10.30am yesterday, November 22.
However, Croydon police tweeted at 8.40am this morning to say that he had been found safe.
