A teenager charged with the murder of Scotty Kouebitra who was stabbed to death on Halloween has pleaded not guilty.
Mr Kouebitra, 22, from Sutton, and three of his friends were pounced on by a group of masked thugs near St George’s Field Park.
A 17-year-old boy, who was charged with murder in November and cannot be named for legal reasons, will stand trial at the Old Bailey on May 8.
He pleaded not guilty to four counts of robbery, two counts of attempted robbery, two counts of theft and one count of possession of an offensive weapon.
Three other men arrested in connection to the murder in Glouscester Road, on October 31, were re-bailed until February pending further police enquiries.
The three men, aged 21, 22 and 25, who were arrested on suspicion of murder on different dates in November, were bailed until late this month.
