Timothy Fosu-Mensah is a doubt for Crystal Palace’s game against Leicester this weekend.
The defender, who is on loan from Manchester United, injured his hamstring in the 2-1 win over Watford on Tuesday evening.
Fosu-Mensah, 19, is rated highly by United chiefs but has struggled for first-team minutes under Eagles boss Roy Hodgson.
The Dutch full-back was signed by then-Palace manager Frank de Boer, who was sacked in September.
And since his departure, Fosu-Mensah has started just five league games under Hodgson.
Injuries to James Tomkins and Joel Ward have increased his game-time of late. However, he will now join the pair on the sidelines.
Martin Kelly is expected to fill in for Fosu-Mensah against Leicester on Saturday.
