There is concern for the welfare of a 13-year-old boy from Caterham who hasn't been seen since Friday (February 2).

Tyrone Powell did not return home when expected on Friday and officers are "concerned for his welfare" given his age and the length of time he has not been heard from.

The public are asked to look out for Tyrone in the Wallington, Sutton, Sydenham and Lewisham areas where he has links.

He is described as mixed race, 5ft 5 inches tall, of medium build, brown curly hair and he was last seen wearing a black tracksuit, small man bag and a black North Face jacket.

Inspector Rob Butler from Surrey Police said: “We’re concerned for Tyrone and would like to hear from him so we know that he’s okay, and also to hear from anyone who knows where he might be.

“Please share this appeal with people you know who live in the Wallington, Sutton, Sydenham and Lewisham areas, as this is where he may be.”
