Man charged with further offences regarding a fatal crash in Croydon
A Croydon man has been charged with further offences following a hit-and-run that killed a 16-year-old girl last year.
Nicole Davies died following the crash in Pixton Way on July 2.
Stuart Abbs, of Court Wood Lane, was already charged on December 6 with failing to stop after a road accident and being the driver of a vehicle involved a road accident who failed to report that accident.
Now the 39-year-old has been charged by postal requisition with one count of causing death by dangerous driving, three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and three counts of ABH.
